RFP #07 – Buffalo Bills Stadium Demolition (Proposal Package 60 – 67)

Arc Building Partners is the project lead for the demolition of the Buffalo Bills’ existing stadium in Orchard Park, NY. The project includes decommissioning of the existing Buffalo Bills Stadium, demolition & abatement, disconnect and removal of existing utilities applicable such that site can be filled to grade and left for future uses.

Scope of Services includes:

60 – Demolition & Abatement (SC-201): abatement of all asbestos containing materials; demolition of existing stadium structure; haul and disposal of debris not scheduled to remain on site
61 –Temporary Fencing, Permanent Fencing (SC-205): temporary construction fencing and gates; new permanent fencing
62 – Concrete Retaining Wall (SC-301): new retaining wall to close off existing tunnel to administration building that is to remain.
63– Waterproofing of Retaining Wall (SC-701): waterproofing of above new wall
64 –Plumbing & HVAC—Cut/Cap, Make Ready (SC-2201): cut and cap existing utilities to make safe; disconnect existing plumbing/mechanical equipment; reclaim refrigerants, drain glycol; temporary water system
65– Electrical—Cut/Cap, Make Ready (SC-2601): cut and cap existing electrical services and systems to make safe; temporary power
66 – Sitework and Site Utilities (SC-3101): extend new site utilities; site grading and paving outside existing stadium footprint
67 – Spoil Pile Load, Haul, Fill existing stadium (SC-3102): load, haul, fill from existing spoils; pull out fill to existing stadium footprint, including compaction

The Buffalo Bills Art Program seeks to commission a professional visual artist, or artist team, to create exterior public artwork(s) to be placed at the New Highmark Stadium grounds. Selected artist or artist team's scope will include, but is not limited to, imagining, proposing, designing, engineering, fabricating, delivery, and installation of a herd of large-scale American Bison (buffalo).

Buffalo Bills New Highmark Stadium Bison Sculpture RFQ is now closed. The RFP is invitation only for shortlisted RFQ semi-finalist applicants: artists/artist teams.

RFP #02 – FF&E Procurement Services

This is a Request for Proposal (RFP) for procurement management for the FF&E of the New Highmark Stadium. This will include, but is not limited to, budget and cost evaluation, sample coordination, sourcing products, value engineering, design coordination, critical path schedule management, accounting, delivery management, warehousing, installation, punch list, and reporting. Inventory, moving, and installation services for existing Owner FF&E items will also be required.

This is a Request for Proposal (RFP) to furnish and install various equipment for food and beverage spaces throughout the new Highmark Stadium. Scope of work includes, but is not limited to: furnish all labor, materials, equipment, services, and supervision which are necessary for, and incidental to, the delivery, unpacking, setting in place, and installation of Food Service Equipment. All final MEP connections are performed by others.
